Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of ServiceNow instance from one to another ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide expert-level guidance and support to development teams throughout the migration process.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated instances to ensure data integrity and functionality.
• Optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, enforcing coding standards and conventions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, design documents, and implementation guides.

Required Experience/Skills

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CMDB, and custom application development.
• Proven track record of successfully migrating ServiceNow instances in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow security architecture and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols, data modeling, and database management principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred, not required
